So grab your gear stick, floor the accelerator and show the men in your life what you're made ON Sunday, September 13th 2009 this year, Marie Curie Cancer Care's annual Ladies' Driving Challenge is taking place at Throckmorton Airfield, Pershore. This is a shout out for anyone who would like to come along and help by providing extra entertainments. Gentlemen, this is even open to you, if you have an entertainment skill and would like to spend the day with 220 women! At the event, Marie Curie would love to see anybody who would like to help out with the entertainment, whether it's through face-painting or juggling tricks or anything you think you can offer. Your support would be great and very much appreciated, and will help to make the day even more successful. Marie Curie Cancer Care provides high quality nursing, totally free, to give terminally ill people the choice of dying at home supported by their families. Marie Curie nurses give emotional support and advice to the family, as well as providing highly-valued nursing care for the patient. Marie Curie Cancer Care currently looks after half of those who die at home from cancer; this equates to almost one million hours of nursing care each year. Marie Curie Nurses care for around 17,000 patients a year across the UK; care costs millions to provide and the charity depends on the support of the public to fund its services

An ambitious event , Twelve months in the Planning , Carnival Marquees were approached by Birtsmoton Court together Hereford and Worcester Chamber of Commerce hosted their annual Awards Ceremony for local businesses.

To accommodate some 400 guests together With a reception marquee on the upper lawn and an events marquee on the lower lawn, over 400 people were entertained and then seated for a three course dinner, awards presentation and dance. .
